1. 照片授權 / Photo Authorization
顧客確認所上傳之照片為本人、其子女，或已取得合法授權之影像。若照片包含未成年人， 顧客確認為其法定監護人，並同意授權 AI4KidsClub僅將該影像用於客製化商品之製作用途。
Customers confirm that any uploaded photo is of themselves, their child, or an image for which they have obtained legal authorization. If the photo includes a minor, the customer confirms that they are the legal guardian and authorizes AI4KidsClub to use the image solely for the purpose of creating personalized products.
2. 商品資訊與價格 / Product Information and Pricing
所有商品資訊與售價均以網站上所公告為準，本公司保留隨時變更之權利。
All product descriptions and prices are based on the information listed on the website. We reserve the right to modify them at any time.
3. 客製化內容 / Personalized Content
本產品屬於客製化服務，顧客需提供必要資訊（如：小孩姓名、性別、生日等）。訂單一旦確認即進入製作流程，恕不接受修改。
This product is custom-made. Customers must provide required information (such as child's name, gender, birthdate). Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified.
4. 退換貨政策 / Return & Refund Policy
依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，客製化商品不適用七日猶豫期，恕不接受退貨。若產品有瑕疵，請於收貨後七日內聯繫客服處理。
According to Taiwan regulations, personalized products are exempt from the 7-day right to cancellation. Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
5. 出貨與付款 / Shipping and Payment
訂單付款完成後，我們將依照官網公告的出貨日期進行寄送。商品於寄出後，預計 3–5 個工作天送達。實際配送時間將依物流作業與收件地區而有所差異。目前配送範圍限台灣本島與離島。
After your order is paid, we will ship according to the dispatch date announced on our website. Once shipped, the package is expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics operations and the destination area. Currently, we deliver only within Taiwan, including outer islands.
6. 智慧財產權 / Intellectual Property
本網站所有圖像、文字、設計、程式碼皆為本公司或授權方所有，未經授權不得使用、轉載或複製。
All content on this website including images, text, designs, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. 爭議處理 / Dispute Resolution
若因交易產生任何爭議，雙方同意以台灣法律為準據法，並以台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
All disputes will be governed by the laws of Taiwan, and the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
